Requirements

Proven experience in Automotive Sales Management (New and/or Used).

Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage departmental P&Ls and forecasting.
Expertise in CRM management and modern digital sales processes.

Responsibilities

Act as a hands-on leader on the floor, providing real-time coaching and guidance to maximize deal-closing and team performance.
Oversee all daily sales activities, lead high-impact sales meetings, and provide one-on-one mentoring to ensure every team member exceeds their targets.
Lead the charge in hiring, training, and developing high-performing Customer Experience Coordinators and Financial Services Managers.
Collaborate on annual sales forecasts, defining clear objectives for unit sales, gross profit margins, and operational efficiency.
Implement and refine sales processes that empower staff to deliver a seamless, world-class customer experience.
Oversee merchandising and promotional strategies for new and used inventory, ensuring lot and digital presence meet premium brand standards.
Take the lead in resolving complex customer concerns, ensuring long-term loyalty and a top-tier reputation in the Calgary market.
