About The Position

Kings Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Sales Professional. Looking for a career where your effort directly controls your income? We offer a guaranteed base salary plus commission with uncapped earning potential. Our team members earn between $50,000 and $120,000+ annually, depending on performance. Top performers consistently earn $100K+.

Requirements

  • Customer-focused individuals with a great attitude and willingness to learn
  • Self-motivated and confident initiating conversations with customers in person and over the phone
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Availability to work a 5-day schedule
  • Basic computer and math skills
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage customers, building trust and long-term relationships
  • Understand customer needs and present new and pre-owned vehicles that fit their lifestyle and budget
  • Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and safety systems
  • Guide customers through the sales process and finalize transactions while ensuring a great experience
  • Handle internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom traffic professionally
  • Follow up with customers to generate repeat and referral business
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve monthly goals
