About The Position

Kings Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Sales Professional. Looking for a career where your effort directly controls your income? Top performers consistently earn $100K+.

Requirements

Customer-focused individuals with a great attitude and willingness to learn
Self-motivated and confident initiating conversations with customers in person and over the phone
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Availability to work a 5-day schedule
Basic computer and math skills
High school diploma or GED
Ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

Greet and engage customers, building trust and long-term relationships
Understand customer needs and present new and pre-owned vehicles that fit their lifestyle and budget
Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and safety systems
Guide customers through the sales process and finalize transactions while ensuring a great experience
Handle internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom traffic professionally
Follow up with customers to generate repeat and referral business
Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve monthly goals
