About The Position

The Vehicle Registration Renewal Processor is responsible for coordinating registrations between states, requesting decals/registration copies and ensuring they are processed timely and accurately. Respond to incoming calls and e-mails promptly, providing all necessary research and documentation needed. In addition, will be handling data entry of various car information, auditing, monthly reporting use of macros, as well as communication with all field locations.

Requirements

• High School degree/GED required
• 3-5 years data entry experience, customer service skills required.
• Must be PC literate (MS office/Excel)
• Excellent data entry skills, multi-tasking, and organizational skills,
• Good verbal and written communication skills required.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced work environment.
• Background check and fingerprinting required for DMV online processing.

Nice To Haves

• Good analytical skills and some macro knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answers very high volume of emails and researches problems/maintain log of all requests
• Coordinate between original state and requesting location to ensure vehicles has updated decal/registration.
• Process the request form from all location to have updated decal / plate / registration copies.
• Request decals / plates from original location to send to the current location.
• Request re titles to be process if original location cannot process the renewal.
• Answers e-mails and researches problems
• Train temps and other associates as needed
• Prepare monthly reports/run macros
• Cross train and assist in all other tasks as assigned
