Autonomous Vehicle Shift Supervisor
About The Position
The Vehicle Operator Shift Supervisor supervises a team of autonomous vehicle operators and supports daily vehicle testing and operations. The role helps ensure employees follow safety procedures, trains and supports team members, manages schedules and assignments, monitors performance, and reports vehicle or technical issues. The supervisor may also work alongside operators when needed. This is a full-time, onsite contract position in Houston, Texas, paying $36 per hour. Available shifts are 6:45 AM–3:15 PM and 3:45 PM–12:15 AM. Work schedules are Tuesday–Saturday, Sunday–Thursday, or Friday–Tuesday.
Requirements
- At least 12 months of autonomous vehicle operator experience.
- Excellent driving record.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working with vehicle technology.

- Previous supervisor or team lead experience.
