This role serves as the primary point of contact for resolving client issues, ranging from simple to complex accounts. The specialist will collaborate with auction teams and various stakeholders to provide exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include addressing inquiries related to vehicle condition, coordinating sale vehicle processes, maintaining communication with other departments for inventory management and reconditioning services, building client relationships, examining vehicles, estimating and coordinating reconditioning services, conducting audits, and educating clients on auction processes and services. The role also involves potential coordination of redemptions, adherence to PII policies, and maintaining strict adherence to Cox standards for reconditioning services and NAAA guidelines. Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office, is required. A strong commitment to safety is also expected.
