About The Position

This role supports the daily operations of the Group's automotive brands, assisting the sales team in ensuring the smooth running of the delivery process.

Requirements

Secondary school graduate or above.
Possess a valid Macau light goods vehicle (including manual transmission) and motorcycle driving license, with 3 years or more of driving experience and a clean driving record.
Honest, reliable, diligent, punctual, responsible, with a good work attitude and team spirit.
Good Cantonese, proficient in reading and writing Chinese, basic English proficiency.
Interested in developing a career in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

Arrange vehicle collection from the dock and related documentation based on monthly new car delivery volume and shipping schedules.
Handle new car registration procedures (dock collection, document preparation, inspection coordination, etc.), submit relevant documents to government departments, follow up on the process, and ensure smooth delivery.
Regularly inspect the status of inventory vehicles (battery level, cleanliness, parking location), coordinate to handle abnormal situations, and arrange cleaning and basic maintenance.
Support other sales-related administrative, coordination, or ad-hoc tasks (including inter-departmental communication and document organization).
Coordinate showroom vehicle changes and dispatch to maintain the best display condition of showroom vehicles.
Monitor the status of test drive vehicles and report maintenance or servicing needs promptly.
Strictly adhere to the company's business operation procedures and regulations, and the manufacturer's brand requirements.
Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
