About The Position

This position is responsible for assisting with the repair and maintenance of the resort's vehicle and equipment fleet, which includes snowmobiles, ATVs, electric carts, generators, and lawn maintenance equipment. The role may also involve assisting other mechanics with the repair and maintenance of construction equipment, specialized grooming track vehicles and equipment, and heavy-duty trucks and buses.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 3-5 years of technical training in the repair and maintenance of gasoline, diesel and electric engines; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong working knowledge of standard practices, methods, tools, materials and equipment of the automotive and mechanical trades
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems in various types of vehicles and equipment in the resort fleet while working independently
• Must be able to demonstrate basic welding and fabricating skills
• Ability to use and maintain bench and hand tools, machines and test equipment in a safe and effective manner
• Valid NH Drivers License required

Nice To Haves

• CDL-B preferred but not required
