About The Position

CCC Intelligent Solutions Inc. is hiring a Vehicle Inventory Auditor in Ontario, California. This piece-rate role pays based on completed vehicle audits rather than hourly work, with target compensation of $1,200 per month and the potential to earn more, plus mileage reimbursement and new-hire incentives. The work schedule is flexible, but the role requires sufficient availability during standard daytime weekday business hours. Workloads vary by location and require recurring monthly availability. The auditor completes audits at automotive repair facilities within a specific area, making this role suitable for people seeking supplemental income. Auditors complete visual inspections and document audit information in accordance with OEM and manufacturer guidelines. They submit timely and accurate data to support audit programs, reporting, and automotive market valuation, while working independently and meeting quality standards and deadlines. Paid training is provided, and automotive experience is not required.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Personal mobile and/or Wi-Fi internet access for submitting data.
Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
Self-motivation and strong time-management skills.
Ability to travel up to 180 miles for scheduled audit work.
Ability to use required tablet-based applications and systems to complete vehicle inventory and audit tasks.
Sufficient daytime weekday availability to complete recurring scheduled audit assignments.

Responsibilities

Complete assigned audits at automotive repair facilities according to OEM and manufacturer guidelines, based on site availability and scheduling.
Conduct required visual inspections and accurately document audit information.
Submit accurate data on time to support audit programs, reporting, and automotive market valuation.
Work independently while meeting quality standards and assigned deadlines.
