About The Position

CCC Intelligent Solutions Inc. is hiring a Vehicle Inventory Rep & Auditor in Des Moines, Iowa. The role involves traveling to automobile dealerships to inventory used vehicle fleets, recording vehicle details such as VIN, equipment configuration, price, and mileage, and completing audits of automotive repair facilities in an assigned area. Audits are conducted according to OEM and manufacturer guidelines and depend on site availability and scheduling. This is a piece-rate position compensated for completed vehicle inventories and audits, rather than by the hour. Target compensation is $250 per month, with the potential to earn more, plus mileage and new-hire incentives. Work is self-scheduled for vehicle inventories, while audits are scheduled based on availability. Workloads vary by location and require recurring monthly availability during standard daytime weekday business hours. The role is presented as suitable for supplemental income.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work outside in various weather conditions.
Personal mobile and/or Wi-Fi internet access for submitting data.
Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
Self-motivation and strong time-management skills.
Ability to reside within a reasonable mileage radius of the assigned vehicle inventory route and travel up to 50 miles for scheduled audit work.
Ability to use required tablet-based applications and systems to complete vehicle inventory and audit tasks.
Sufficient daytime, weekday availability for recurring monthly vehicle inventory and scheduled audit assignments.
A video interview is required.

Responsibilities

Complete assigned audits at automotive repair facilities according to OEM and manufacturer guidelines, based on site availability and scheduling.
Conduct required visual inspections and accurately document audit information.
Submit accurate data on time to support audit programs, reporting, and automotive market valuation.
Work independently while meeting quality standards and assigned deadlines.
Inventory used vehicle fleets at assigned automobile dealerships, recording vehicle information including VIN, equipment configuration, price, and mileage.
