About The Position

CCC Intelligent Solutions Inc. is hiring a Vehicle Inventory Rep & Auditor in Des Moines, Iowa. This piece-rate role pays based on completed vehicle inventories and audits rather than hourly work, with target compensation of $250 per month and the potential to earn more, plus mileage and new-hire incentives. Workloads vary by location and require recurring monthly availability. The schedule is flexible, but employees must be available during standard daytime weekday business hours to complete assigned work. The role involves traveling to designated automobile dealerships to inventory used vehicle fleets, recording information such as VIN, equipment configuration, price, and mileage. It also involves auditing automotive repair facilities within an assigned area. The position is intended for people seeking supplemental income. No automotive experience is required; paid training is provided.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Personal mobile and/or Wi-Fi internet access for submitting data.
Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
Self-motivation and strong time-management skills.
Ability to reside within a reasonable mileage radius of the assigned vehicle inventory route and travel up to 50 miles for scheduled audit work.
Ability to use required tablet-based applications and systems to complete assigned inventory and audit tasks.
Sufficient daytime weekday availability for recurring monthly inventory and scheduled audit assignments.

Responsibilities

Complete assigned audits at automotive repair facilities in accordance with OEM and manufacturer guidelines, based on site availability and scheduling.
Conduct required visual inspections and accurately document audit information.
Submit accurate data on time to support audit programs, reporting, and automotive market valuation.
Work independently while meeting quality standards and assigned deadlines.
Travel to assigned automobile dealerships and record used-vehicle information, including VIN, equipment configuration, price, and mileage.
