About The Position

DeVivo Companies is seeking a full-time Vehicle Diagnostics Technician for our New Britain, CT dealership. In this role, you will focus strictly on troubleshooting and triaging electrical and drivetrain issues for buses, trucks, and automobiles, allowing other technicians to handle the physical repairs. We are a premier transportation and fleet solutions provider serving the Northeast for over a century. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five years' experience in the field of automotive, truck and/or bus repair.
• Skills to sufficiently diagnose trucks, buses and general on-highway vehicles.
• Computer skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Hold, or be willing to work toward, ASE certifications.
• Possess adequate verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Possess the physical strength and conditioning to safely perform all required tasks.

Nice To Haves

• Cummins certification is preferred.
• CDL is a plus.
