About The Position

Join Lonza’s manufacturing team in Greenwood, SC, where you will play a key role in transforming capsules into finished pharmaceutical products. This is a fully site-based role. Working together in person supports close, real-time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
Ability to successfully complete and score 100 or below on the required Color Test.
Strong teamwork and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Flexibility to work a 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM night shift, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.

Nice To Haves

Experience working in a manufacturing, production, printing, or operations environment is preferred.
Prior experience or knowledge in print operations.

Responsibilities

Operate capsule imprinting and printing equipment to produce high-quality finished products.
Rotate between printing and finishing areas to support production schedules and business needs.
Perform finishing and weigh counter activities while maintaining established quality standards.
Monitor equipment performance and support efficient manufacturing operations.
Maintain compliance with safety, quality, attendance and productivity expectations.
Complete cleaning activities within print booths and production areas to support Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to achieve production goals and continuous improvement objectives.
