About The Position

Jim Winter Auto Group is hiring a Vehicle Detailer to clean and detail vehicles, inspect them against established standards, and help maintain an organized vehicle lot and work area. The role uses cleaning and detailing equipment and products and involves communicating updates or issues to management, monitoring supplies, and following safety protocols when handling equipment and chemicals. The position is full-time, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. once a month or as needed. Compensation is an hourly rate of $18. The company also describes opportunities for advancement.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Team-oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
Willingness to submit to and successfully complete a physical exam and drug screen.
Availability to work full time Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. once a month or as needed.
Completion of the Culture Index Survey is required for consideration.

Responsibilities

Thoroughly clean and detail vehicles for the lot, including interior and exterior surfaces.
Visually inspect vehicles to ensure they meet established standards.
Use cleaning and detailing equipment and products to achieve quality results.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Communicate necessary updates or issues to the management team.
Track supplies and notify management when inventory needs replenishment.
Assist with lot organization and vehicle movements when needed.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines when handling cleaning equipment and chemicals.
