About The Position

In this role, you play a critical role in driving our vehicle acquisition strategy by assisting us in buying vehicles from people in our service drive as well as responding to internet inquiries from customers wanting to sell their vehicle. In this high-impact role, you will identify, evaluate, and secure vehicle inventory through sourcing, relationship building, and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

  • Previous administrative support &/or customer service experience a plus
  • Automotive experience, preferred
  • Basic computer skills including MS Word & Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

  • Contact qualified listings to offer them a professional and fair solution for the sale of their vehicle
  • Respond to internet inquiries related to off-the-street purchases
  • Facilitate appointment setting
  • Conduct vehicle appraisals
  • Provide administrative support
  • Answer customer telephone queries & maintain client records
