The Vehicle Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for completing all paperwork associated with vehicle purchases accurately and efficiently. This role involves preparing, organizing, and submitting required documentation for internal processing, including purchase agreements and title paperwork. The coordinator will also deliver paperwork to customers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience, and work closely with the Accounting department to ensure timely processing and approval of all documents. Additionally, the role requires submitting and processing check requests and delivering checks when necessary. Maintaining organized records of all purchase files and ensuring compliance with dealership policies are key responsibilities. The position also involves driving to customer locations or partner sites to pick up purchased vehicles and transporting paperwork, checks, or vehicle-related items between dealership locations. A thorough inspection and verification of vehicle condition and documentation upon pickup are required. The coordinator must communicate professionally with customers and internal departments throughout the acquisition process and assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and coordination related to vehicle pickups and paperwork completion. Support for the Vehicle Buying Team with daily operations and performance of other assigned duties are also expected. A North Carolina Notary Public commission is required, or the ability to obtain one.
