Requirements

  • Be in their final year of study or have completed their qualification within the last two years.
  • Meet the minimum qualification requirements for the relevant graduate stream.
  • Demonstrate strong academic performance.
  • Be passionate about building a career in logistics, supply chain, and business.
  • Be willing to work from Midrand, Johannesburg for all programmes except for the Key Account Management programmes which are also located in Midrand, Cape Town and Durban.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze operational challenges, optimize supply chain performance, and support strategic projects that improve efficiency, service, and profitability (Industrial Engineering Graduate Programme).
  • Gain practical exposure to transport operations, warehousing, planning, distribution, customer service, and operational performance management (Supply Chain & Logistics Graduate Programme).
  • Gain exposure to customer analytics, sales and merchandising performance, supply chain analytics, commercial strategy, and business development while helping drive data-driven decision-making (Commercial & Supply Chain Analytics Graduate Programme).
  • Gain practical exposure to the running of Principal accounts, managing relationships with customers, and ensuring all queries are fielded and addressed directly with the customer (Key Account Graduate Programme).
  • Gain experience on service, performance (SLA), how costing data is analyzed and collated for the customer, and have insight into customer requirements and identify opportunities to create joint efficiencies to manage customer profitability (Key Account Graduate Programme).
