The Vault Operations Support role oversees inbound and outbound precious metals movement, packaging, shipping, and inventory integrity. This Vault Operations Support position requires strict attention to detail, operational discipline, and a strong commitment to security standards.

Requirements

• Basic to intermediate computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
• Forklift operation (training available after hire)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong sense of accountability and integrity
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
• Professional appearance and commitment to organized workspaces
• Practical problem-solving and sound judgment
• Highly trustworthy, dependable, and focused
• Ability to work in a secure, compliance-driven environment
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move between facilities throughout the shift
• Ability to operate material handling equipment safely

Nice To Haves

• Experience with inventory systems or ERP platforms preferred
• Some college coursework preferred
• Experience in banking, finance, accounting, logistics, or IT helpful

Responsibilities

• Manage metals transportation between depository and main facility
• Process inbound and outbound packages with accuracy and care
• Maintain accurate inventory tracking within ERP systems
• Provide security escort and support for depository tours
• Maintain facility cleanliness and uphold safety protocols
• Assist in daily vault and operational support functions
• Support cross-functional business needs as required
• All other duties as assigned by management
