About The Position

This is a cross-functional position that provides production support to the Cash Vault department. Executes a variety of routine tasks within multiple operational systems and interacts with multiple internal partners. Duties may include functions related to payment transactions. This position involves processing cash deposits for our branches and business customers. It also involves preparing cash orders for our customers. Research exceptions and escalate issues to management as appropriate. May have the opportunity to recommend and implement developed processing improvements within production.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two to four years or more of operations services related work experience
  • Ability to move trays and carts of work, stand or sit for extended periods of time, and repetitive motions
  • Ability to identify, analyze and resolve exceptions through data interpretation
  • Strong PC skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
