The Vault Cage Supervisor is responsible for developing and mentoring FSA Tribal Members within their department, portraying a positive attitude, and representing the core values of Apache Casino Hotel by always providing exceptional service. This role involves providing excellent service to guests and team members, ensuring effective communication across casino areas, and working collaboratively with peers, team members, and regulatory personnel. The supervisor will schedule and issue instructions, assign duties, examine work for accuracy, and maintain cage accountability, including safeguarding gaming chips, documentation, and inventory. They will also requisition supplies, evaluate team members, provide on-the-job training, and offer coaching and counseling to encourage excellent performance. This position assists with hiring, performance evaluations, training, and discipline in concurrence with management. The supervisor oversees lead vaults and cage cashiers, planning and directing cage activities to ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures. They will ensure team members understand and comply with attendance, appearance, and service standards. The role includes conducting internal investigations, investigating team member complaints, and reviewing cage cashier discrepancies. Regular attendance is required, and team members must be prepared to work varying schedules, including days, evenings, graveyards, holidays, and weekends, as dictated by business needs.
