About The Position

Cage Associates are responsible for accepting and cashing tickets, counting cashier banks, reconciling individual banks, balancing the vault, and ensuring compliance with all protocols and procedures related to handling currency. This role ensures accurate transactions, balances starting and ending banks, and completes required audits. The associate will maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area, provide exceptional guest service, and adhere to uniform requirements while representing KGI. Compliance with all applicable state, federal, and tribal laws and regulations is essential.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Prior money-handling experience
• Ability to pass background and drug screening per Kaw Nation Gaming Commission regulations to obtain a gaming license
• Flexibility to work any shift as needed or assigned (including weekends, evenings, and holidays)
• Ability to read small print on reports
• Ability to bend, sit, and stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift occasionally in excess of 50 lbs
• Ability to continuously use hands and fingers for money handling
