About The Position

We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Vascular Surgeon to join our growing outpatient vascular practice serving Woodbridge, Fairfax, and Fredericksburg, VA. This is an excellent opportunity for a surgeon with strong endovascular and minimally invasive skills who wants significant earning potential in an established, growing outpatient practice. The position offers a $350,000 base salary plus a production-based bonus, with some of our current surgeons earning approximately $750,000–$1 million annually with production incentives. You'll join an established vascular group operating since 2011, with modern office-based procedural facilities, an established referral network, and plans for continued growth, including expansion into an ASC model.

Requirements

MD or DO Board Certified or Board Eligible in Vascular Surgery
Active or eligible for Virginia medical licensure
Strong endovascular and minimally invasive procedural skills
Excellent clinical and patient communication skills

Nice To Haves

Office Based Lab experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat arterial and venous conditions, including PAD, chronic venous insufficiency, dialysis access disease, aneurysmal disease, and thrombotic disorders
Perform outpatient endovascular procedures including: Angiography, Angioplasty and stenting, Atherectomy, Thrombectomy, Venous ablation, Dialysis access interventions
Provide pre- and post-procedure patient care
Collaborate with physicians, APPs, nurses, and vascular technologists
Help support the continued growth of the vascular program throughout Northern Virginia
