About The Position

HCRC Staffing is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Vascular Surgeon to join a growing outpatient vascular practice serving Woodbridge, Fairfax, and Fredericksburg, Virginia. The established vascular group has operated since 2011 and offers modern office-based procedural facilities, an established referral network, and plans for continued growth, including expansion into an ASC model. This procedure-focused opportunity is suited to a surgeon with strong endovascular and minimally invasive skills. Compensation includes a $350,000 base salary plus production-based bonuses; the posting notes that some current surgeons earn approximately $750,000–$1 million annually with production incentives. Requirements

MD or DO.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Vascular Surgery.
Active or eligible for Virginia medical licensure.
Strong endovascular and minimally invasive procedural skills.
Excellent clinical and patient communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Office Based Lab experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat arterial and venous conditions, including PAD, chronic venous insufficiency, dialysis access disease, aneurysmal disease, and thrombotic disorders.
Perform outpatient endovascular procedures, including angiography, angioplasty and stenting, atherectomy, thrombectomy, venous ablation, and dialysis access interventions.
Provide pre- and post-procedure patient care.
Collaborate with physicians, APPs, nurses, and vascular technologists.
Support the continued growth of the vascular program throughout Northern Virginia.
