About The Position

Skilled Wound Care is hiring Vascular Surgeons in Fort Worth, Texas, to work as wound care physicians and lead wound care initiatives in skilled nursing facilities and the post-acute setting. Full-time average annual earnings are listed as $250,000–$500,000, with per-patient and per-procedure pay and quarterly bonus programs. Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Unrestricted or clear medical license in the state of practice, or eligibility to obtain one.
• DEA license, or eligibility to obtain one.
• Candidates are asked to complete confidential pre-employment DiSC testing and relevant skills testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform surgical and sharp debridement and other bedside procedures.
• Evaluate and treat chronic, non-healing, and complex wounds, including arterial, venous, and diabetic ulcers.
• Use advanced dressings and specialized wound protocols.
• Collaborate in skilled nursing facilities and the post-acute setting, following patients through healing.
• Lead wound care initiatives in skilled nursing facilities across the area.
