Requirements

ARDMS or CCI certification in vascular and/or cardiac sonography
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution (degree verification required)

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic vascular ultrasound exams following department protocols and quality standards
Evaluate arterial, venous, carotid, and other vascular structures to support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning
Prepare, educate, and position patients while ensuring a safe and comfortable experience
Coordinate exams and communicate effectively with physicians, caregivers, and patients
Recognize and respond to patient needs during procedures
Document exam findings accurately and complete required records and charge capture
Assist with mentoring students and new caregivers
Maintain equipment and ensure exam rooms are stocked and ready for patient care
Support quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development
