About The Position

RJW Logistics Group is hiring a VAS Lead (Value Added Services) for the 2nd Shift. This role is responsible for monitoring multiple tasks and assisting in Co-pack operations with limited supervision. The ideal candidate will have basic inventory control skills and be able to lead a team of associates with minimal direction. RJW is dedicated to hiring and developing talent and offers an Employee Ownership Program where employees can become co-owners of the company.

Requirements

2 years warehouse experience.
Co-pack, labeling, QA, IC experience.
Warehouse safety experience.
Be able to lead a team of associates with minimal direction.
Computer experience a must.
GED or H.S. Diploma
Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Must be articulate and comfortable speaking in front of others.
Regularly works in an indoor/warehouse environment and required to sit, stand, walk, bend, lift or kneel during the work day.
Frequently required to talk, hear, and communicate to customers or other employees.
Must be able to work in excess of continuous 8 hours when required.

Nice To Haves

College is a plus.
Certified/qualified Forklift/Walkie Rider/Cherry Picker drivers will receive an additional $0.50 p.hr
Certified/qualified Reach Truck drivers will receive an additional $1.00 p.hr

Responsibilities

Supervising / leading of warehouse employees.
Time keeping / temp roster
Inventory checks.
Cleaning of the warehouse.
