About The Position

The VAS general labor associate supports high-volume production operations by restacking, repacking, labeling, and assembling product displays. This role requires strong attention to detail, consistent productivity, and the ability to work safely around machinery in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Able to follow instructions accurately and work with minimal supervision
Ability to add, sub-tract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals

Nice To Haves

Co-Packing or Warehouse experience
Experience using WMS software (Synapse preferred)
PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Access Database
Forklift certification

Responsibilities

Restack, repack, and label boxes according to production and customer requirements
Assemble and build new end-cap displays with accuracy and consistency
Operate efficiently on a fast-paced production line while maintaining quality standards
Follow all safety procedures when working around machinery, conveyors, and automated systems
Identify and report issues such as packaging defects, labeling errors, or equipment jams
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area
Adapt to changing tasks, product types, and production priorities
Work effectively both independently and as part of a coordinated team
Communicate with supervisors and teammates to keep workflow running smoothly
Meet daily attendance, punctuality, and productivity expectations
Other tasks as assigned by supervisor/manager
