This position reports to the Co-Pack/Retail Fulfillment Manager and is responsible for managing assigned shift staff, including employee performance reviews and disciplinary actions. The role oversees all computer entry work and paperwork flow within the warehouse. Key responsibilities include assigning work based on customer specifications, monitoring shipment quality and accuracy, ensuring staff meet customer requirements and are trained on any changes. The supervisor will communicate with customers, implement required actions, and ensure the safety, training, and development of employees, drivers, and contractors in accordance with OSHA and RJW policies. This role also involves overseeing computer data entry for accuracy and efficiency, assigning duties, examining work, approving timesheets for payroll, and monitoring overtime. Daily building checks, equipment maintenance, and adherence to AIB processes for food product handling are also crucial. The supervisor will issue corrective actions, manage accident reporting procedures, and perform other duties as instructed by the Co-Pack manager.
