About The Position

a2b Fulfillment is a fast-growing, third-party provider of distribution support services, including Order Fulfillment, Contact Center Solutions, and a vast array of Value-Added services. We are currently recruiting for the position of Value-Added Services Associate for our Ogden, UT location. The Value-Added Services (VAS) Associate is responsible for preparing retail orders for shipment through labeling, kitting, assembly, repackaging, ticketing, and palletizing. This position involves repetitive work and may require handling and processing the same product continuously for extended periods. The VAS Associate uses tablets, scanners, printers, and pack-out software to complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently while following established quality, productivity, and safety standards.

Requirements

Warehouse, fulfillment, production, or assembly experience preferred.
Basic computer and math skills.
Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
Ability to learn and use tablets, scanners, printers, and pack-out software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining consistent quality and productivity.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-directed, dependable, and motivated.
Ability to perform the essential functions of the position safely and effectively, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Must be at least 18 years old, where required by applicable law or company policy.
United States work authorization required.

Responsibilities

Perform kitting, assembly, repackaging, labeling, ticketing, and other VAS activities as assigned.
Prepare retail products and orders according to established specifications.
Use a tablet, scanner, printer, and pack-out software to process orders.
Verify product and order information for accuracy.
Repeatedly handle and process the same or similar products for extended periods.
Package products using appropriate materials and procedures.
Organize and palletize completed orders for shipment.
Lift, carry, push, pull, and reposition products, boxes, and materials as required.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow company safety policies and procedures.
Promptly report workplace hazards, damaged equipment, spills, and injuries.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Label and ticket products accurately.
