About The Position

The Syracuse City School District is seeking a dedicated and diverse team of educators to partner with its Superintendent in moving the district toward its goals. The district serves approximately 19,000 students Pre-K–12 across 35 schools and programs. The high school level (freshman, Junior Varsity, and Varsity teams) stresses the development of academics, goal setting, teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship, with a focus on striving for success and producing efficient team and individual efforts.

Responsibilities

Assist in coaching the Varsity Soccer team for Nottingham High School during the Fall 2026 season.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance student athletes' skills.
Foster a positive team environment that emphasizes academics, goal setting, teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship.
Ensure student athletes adhere to district and school policies.
Prepare student athletes for higher levels of competition.
