About The Position
Niles Community Schools is seeking a dynamic Boys Varsity Assistant Soccer Coach to enhance the team's culture and contribute to the growth of the Niles Soccer program. This role requires highly effective communication skills and professionalism for daily interactions with a diverse workforce, student population, building administration, and the community.
Requirements
- Soccer coaching experience
- Supervisory experience with youths
- Ability to teach soccer skills and develop team atmosphere
Responsibilities
- Facilitate both off-season and in-season soccer programs.
- Support the program and collaborate with the Varsity Soccer Coach and Athletic Director on all aspects of the program.
- Adhere to the rules and regulations of the MHSAA and Niles Community Schools.
- Coordinate parent/family communication.
