About The Position
Niles Community Schools is seeking a dynamic Girls Varsity Assistant Soccer Coach for the 2026-2027 school year. The role involves improving the team culture and contributing to the growth of the Niles Soccer program. This position requires highly-effective communication skills and professionalism for daily interactions with students, staff, administration, and the community.
Requirements
- Soccer coaching experience
- Supervisory experience with youths
- Teaches soccer skills and develops team atmosphere
Responsibilities
- Facilitate both off-season and in-season soccer programs
- Support the program and work with Girls Varsity Soccer Coach and Athletic Director on all aspects of the program
- Follow the rules and regulations of the MHSAA and Niles Community Schools
- Coordinate parent/family communication
