About The Position
Newton High School is seeking a Varsity Assistant Softball Coach for the 2026-2027 school year. The position starts in May 2027. The salary for this role is $4,191. Applicants must possess a valid coaching endorsement or coaching authorization issued by the Iowa Board of Educational Examiners. Responsibilities
- Assist the head coach in all aspects of the softball program.
- Provide instruction and guidance to student-athletes.
- Ensure compliance with all school and district policies and regulations.
- Promote a positive and safe athletic environment.
