Varicent Architect | On-site role.
About The Position
This role involves leading the end-to-end implementation of Varicent ICM solutions. The architect will be responsible for designing and architecting scalable, secure, and efficient Varicent systems, as well as automating and optimizing sales compensation processes. The position also requires integrating Varicent with related systems such as Sales Planning and CRM. Key activities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications, conducting requirements workshops, and developing/maintaining data models, workflows, and webforms within Varicent. The architect must ensure adherence to best practices in coding, security, and database design, provide technical leadership, support ongoing system operations, and troubleshoot issues. Collaboration with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies and maintaining high standards for documentation and solution quality are also essential. Training and supporting end-users and business partners is part of the role.
Requirements
- Experience in leading end-to-end implementation of Varicent ICM solutions
- Proficiency in designing and architecting scalable, secure, and efficient Varicent systems
