Varicent Architect | Remote | W2 Only.
About The Position
This is a remote contract role for a Varicent Architect. The primary focus is on leading the end-to-end implementation of Varicent ICM solutions, including designing and architecting scalable, secure, and efficient systems. The role involves automating and optimizing sales compensation processes, integrating Varicent with other systems like Sales Planning and CRM, and gathering business requirements from stakeholders. Responsibilities include translating business needs into technical specifications, conducting requirements workshops, developing data models, workflows, and webforms, and ensuring adherence to best practices in coding, security, and database design. The architect will also provide technical leadership, support system operations and enhancements, troubleshoot issues, collaborate with teams using Agile methodologies, maintain documentation quality, and train end-users.
Requirements
- Experience in leading end-to-end implementation of Varicent ICM solutions
- Proficiency in designing and architecting scalable, secure, and efficient Varicent systems
- Experience in automating and optimizing sales compensation processes
- Experience integrating Varicent with related systems (e.g., Sales Planning, CRM)
- Ability to gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
- Skill in translating business needs into technical specifications and actionable plans
- Experience conducting requirements workshops and documenting outcomes
- Proficiency in developing and maintaining data models, workflows, and webforms in Varicent
- Knowledge of best practices in coding, security, and database design

- Experience supporting ongoing system operations, maintenance, and enhancements
