About The Position

IST Management Services is seeking a Van/Truck driver in the Princeton area! Ideal candidates will have an understanding of mail services, possess an excellent customer service mindset, are willing to train, and are ready to grow in their professional office services career! The position is a combination of driving a van, small truck, and large truck/delivering packages around local campus. Operate mailing, copying, scanning, and reprographic equipment accurately and efficiently. IST Management is a business process outsourcing company. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Professional appearance and demeanor
Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills; Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment; Competency in performing multiple functional tasks
Ability to meet employer's attendance policy; A valid drivers license and access to reliable transportation to and from work
Lifting up to 55 pounds

Nice To Haves

Customer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferred; Prior relevant mail services experience is a plus
CDL is not required but preferred

Responsibilities

Deliver packages to designated mail stops, in different buildings
Drive company-provided vehicles (vans, light trucks & large trucks)
Use manual and powered pallet jacks for loading and unloading box trucks
Scan packages in from couriers, scan packages out to customers/sort and file packages for customer pick up
Shipping & Receiving; Lift large bundles of mail, overnight packages and shipments of paper
Operate mailing, copying, scanning, and reprographic equipment accurately and efficiently
Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
Take direction from the supervisor or site manager
Participate in cross-training and perform other tasks as assigned
