About The Position
Van Monitors Needed to Assist Individuals with Special Needs. This is a fulfilling job in a non-corporate setting. Monitor needed to ride on the van in the back with individuals (adults) with disabilities, must be able to provide conflict resolution, distraction and diffusion techniques. Need to follow specific action plans catered to each individual. Will be working with the driver to provide a safe and comfortable ride for all clientele on board. We provide training, and we are a door-to-door service.
Requirements
- Must be 21 Years old or older.
- 1 Year's experience working with the Elderly or Special Needs (Personal Experience Qualifies).
- Clean Massachusetts CORI.
- Illicit substance screening (including THC-due to federal contracts).
- Kindness and Patience required.
