Requirements

• Compassionate and dependable
• Patient and respectful
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Organized with good communication skills
• At least 18 years of age
• Possesses a valid driver's license with reliable transportation
• Able to pass required background checks

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED
• Six months of paid caregiving experience or one year of unpaid caregiving experience
• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities, seniors, or other vulnerable populations

Responsibilities

• Providing companionship and emotional encouragement
• Assisting with personal care and daily routines
• Preparing meals and helping with household tasks
• Assisting with medication reminders
• Transporting residents to activities and appointments when needed
• Participating in community outings and recreational activities
• Teaching daily living skills that encourage independence
• Creating a positive, respectful, and supportive environment
