Focus Behavioral Health is seeking caring and compassionate Systematic Skill Building Staff to work with adults with Autism or an Intellectual & Developmental Disorder (IDD) diagnosis. The Systematic Skill Building Staff will provide direct and indirect support to individuals with autism in their homes and a community setting. SSBs are responsible for teaching and supporting skills related to community integration, social skills, and activities of daily living using systematic approaches of applied behavioral analysis interventions. This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, or other human services-related fields. An unrelated degree is qualified, if you hold 3+ years of Autism experience. This position also requires a valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and clear criminal background checks. There are full-time and part-time positions available.
