About The Position

Hallcon is hiring Van Drivers to provide safe, dependable transportation to railroad crew members and support railway operations. Hallcon provides the vehicle, fuel, insurance, and comprehensive training. No CDL, high school diploma, GED, or resume is required. The role does not involve high-pressure delivery quotas, loading or unloading packages, or prolonged standing.

This position is offered as full-time and part-time opportunities, with flexible hours and varying, unscheduled schedules. Drivers transport railroad crews to assigned locations, inspect vehicles before and after trips, use navigation tools, and follow Hallcon's safe-driving standards. Starting pay is $19.41.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 21.
• Current valid state-issued driver's license.
• Ability to communicate and write in English.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
