About The Position
Hallcon is hiring Van Drivers to provide safe, dependable transportation for railroad crews, supporting railway operations. Hallcon provides the vehicle, fuel, insurance, and comprehensive training. No CDL, high school diploma, GED, or resume is required. The role has full-time and part-time opportunities, with flexible hours and varying, unscheduled schedules. The starting pay rate is $13.04.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 21.
- Current, valid state-issued driver's license.
- Ability to communicate and write in English.
- Successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities
- Safely and reliably transport railroad crews to assigned locations.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the assigned vehicle.
- Use navigation tools effectively.
