About The Position
Hallcon is hiring Van Drivers to provide safe, dependable transportation for railroad crews traveling to assigned locations. The company provides the vehicle, fuel, insurance, and comprehensive training. No CDL, high school diploma, GED, or resume is required. The role has full-time and part-time opportunities, with flexible hours and varying, unscheduled schedules. Starting pay is $15.21.
Requirements
- At least 21 years of age.
- Current, valid state-issued driver's license.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Ability to communicate and write in English.

- Preferably live within a 30-minute distance of the location.
Responsibilities
- Safely and reliably transport railroad crews to assigned locations.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the assigned vehicle.
- Use navigation tools effectively.
- Follow Hallcon's safe driving standards.
