About The Position
Hallcon is hiring Van Drivers to provide safe, dependable transportation for railroad crews to assigned locations, supporting railway operations. Hallcon provides the vehicle, fuel, insurance, and comprehensive training. No CDL, high school diploma, GED, or resume is required. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. The role involves flexible hours and varying, unscheduled schedules. Starting pay is $12.11.
Requirements
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Have a current, valid state-issued driver's license.
- Be able to communicate and write in English.
- Successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

- Preferably live within 30 minutes of the location.
Responsibilities
- Safely and reliably transport railroad crews to assigned locations.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the assigned vehicle.
- Use navigation tools effectively.
