About The Position
Hallcon is hiring Van Drivers to provide safe, dependable transportation for railroad crews, helping support railway operations. Hallcon provides the vehicle, fuel, insurance, and comprehensive paid training. No CDL, high school diploma, GED, or resume is required. The role has full-time and part-time opportunities, flexible hours, and varying schedules that are not scheduled. The work does not involve delivery quotas, loading or unloading packages, or prolonged standing. Starting pay is $15.30.
Requirements
- At least 21 years of age.
- Current, valid state-issued driver's license.
- Ability to communicate and write in English.
- Successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

- Preferably live within 30 minutes of the location.
Responsibilities
- Safely and reliably transport railroad crews to assigned locations.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the assigned vehicle.
- Use navigation tools effectively.
- Follow Hallcon's safe driving standards.
- Communicate and write in English.
