Van Driver/ Transportation Specialist Part Time
About The Position
Parkdale Health and Rehab in Price, Utah, is hiring a part-time Van Driver/Transportation Specialist. The role supports patient care at a skilled nursing facility by arranging and providing transportation for patients to and from medical and other appointments. The position may also involve supervising a part-time driver. Requirements
- Must be at least 25 years of age.
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds to a height of 3 to 4 feet and push, move, and/or carry that weight a minimum distance of 200 feet.
- Current driver's license and a clean driving record.
- High school diploma.
- Reliable and organized.
- Great attitude.
- Love of working with geriatric people.
Nice To Haves
- CNA (Certified Nurse Assistant) certification is preferred.
- Prior driving experience is desired but not required.
Responsibilities
- Schedule patient doctor and other appointments.
- Load and unload geriatric patients into the facility transport vehicle.
- Transport patients to and from doctor and other appointments.
- Potentially supervise a part-time driver.
