Requirements

• Ability to learn basic machinery, and production
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Willingness to stand on feet for up to 8 hours per day
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Must have a good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Must be able to perform repetitive motion using arms, hands, and wrists

Nice To Haves

• Prior machine operation experience/knowledge preferred
• Experience with GMP’s (Good Manufacturing Practices) preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate the automated valve assembly machine
• Observe the machine for proper operation
• Clear jams
• Periodically replenish and replace raw materials
• Complete paperwork for each production run
• Package and palletize finished goods
• Make sure the work is completed properly and on time
• Report back to the supervisor on any problem in production
