• Ability to Implement Learn and apply new skills quickly through hands-on training
• Operate various machines safely after training
• Accurately measure and inspect parts
• Adapt to changing tasks and priorities
• Work independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with basic measurement tools (e.g., tape measure, calipers) is a plus
• Awareness of manufacturing or assembly processes (preferred but not required)
