About The Position

Oakwood Veneer Company is seeking a full-time Machine Operator / Production Assembly Associate to join our first-shift manufacturing team in Troy, Michigan. This is a stable, full-time opportunity in a clean production facility with daytime hours, no mandatory nights, and no required weekend work. We are looking for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on manufacturing, detailed assembly work, and producing high-quality products as part of a team. This position is a great fit for candidates with backgrounds in manufacturing, machine operation, production, hand assembly, warehouse operations, woodworking, repair work, or general labor. Experience working with wood veneer is not required-we provide paid, on-the-job training.

Requirements

• Comfortable performing repetitive hand assembly and repair tasks
• Ability to use small hand tools while working with detailed materials
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to stand and work with your hands throughout the shift
• Willingness to learn new skills and consistently follow quality procedures

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, machine operation, woodworking, or general labor is preferred but not required
