About The Position
Lawler Manufacturing Company, Inc., a private thermostatic mixing valve manufacturer, is seeking detail-oriented individuals with mechanical aptitude to join their team as a Valve Assembler Technician. The company offers on-the-job training, making it suitable for candidates with no prior experience. This is a full-time position with a steady schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, totaling 40 hours per week. The role emphasizes work-life balance, with no weekends or mandatory overtime. The work environment is described as clean, peaceful, and quiet, with low employee turnover. The ideal candidate is a team player with a positive attitude, strong problem-solving and time management skills, and is reliable and punctual with dependable transportation. They must also be physically capable of lifting up to 70 lbs., pushing, pulling, and standing for 8-hour shifts.
