About The Position

Reporting to the Shift Manager, the Value Stream Leader plays a key leadership role in the Operations team, overseeing and supporting a production value stream to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals. This hands-on position combines the responsibilities of a Production Supervisor and Team Lead, providing both strategic direction and on-the-floor leadership. As the bridge between frontline employees and management, the Value Stream leader ensures that daily operations run smoothly, safely, and in alignment with Ganong’s operational excellence goals.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong knowledge of production processes, safety, and quality standards
• Skilled in using Redzone
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Nice To Haves

• Experience with SAGE X3 ERP considered an asset

• Collaborating across departments to remove barriers.
• Championing operational excellence in every shift led.
