About The Position

The Value Stream Lead (VSL) is responsible for supporting a production and depot manufacturing environment at the Raytheon Diné Facility (Farmington, New Mexico) manufacturing location. The successful candidate will report to a Factory Support Manager and be accountable for the daily readiness and management of up to 20+ employees within one shift. The VSL will be tasked to help test associates and production employees. The VSL will ensure the test associates and production employees are trained and working compliantly and safely with all the tools they need to maintain production rates. The candidate must be capable and willing to work extended hours (when required) in a fast-paced deadline driven environment. The ideal candidate will possess the demonstrated skills and experience necessary to perform in both manufacturing and technical leadership roles. Also, the candidate will be able to provide valuable floor insight to a cross-functional (Operations, Engineering, Test Equipment, etc.) team. This position is located at the Raytheon Dine Facility in Farmington, NM. RTX Dine Facility adheres to the Navajo Nation Preference in Employment Act in areas of recruitment and hiring practices.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum of five (5) years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum three (3) years' experience.
  • Experience with either manufacturing or operations.
  • Supervisory or managerial experience.
  • U.S. Citizen - U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
